Sharing Your Testimonty in 5 to 7 minutes

EPIC Disciples,

During the retreat, our EPIC group will meet to hear each other’s journey with Jesus.  Since each group has between 10 to 12 people, please keep the story succinct. 

 

Make sure to include highs & lows, turning points, and most of all being transparent. 

 

Plan to take 5 to 7 minutes.  This is a key activation which helps you communicate your testimony and gives your “believing brothers” insight of who you are and who you are becoming.  

 

You can use the questions below to help guide you.

 

• What was your life like before you experienced Jesus?

• What moment or experience led you to a deeper connection with your faith? 

• What experiences or events have challenged your beliefs, and how did you respond to those challenges?

• In what ways has your faith been tested, and how did you grow as a result of those tests?

• How has your faith impacted your life since that moment?

• How has your community, whether religious or spiritual, influenced your faith journey?
